He orders a PS5 for his son Amazon and receives a bottle of water instead

A father ordered the new PS5 game console for his son from Amazon and received a package last Thursday that contained a bottle of Crystalline water.

This incident happened to a resident of Bétheny (Marne, France) when he received a bottle of water instead of the PS5 game console he ordered from Amazon.

The regional daily L’Union reports that following several telephone conversations with the customer, Amazon France promised to reimburse the 500 euros and also offered a voucher of 5 euros.

The e-commerce giant then called the father back and indicated that the amount of the voucher would ultimately be 10 euros. Amazon also reportedly indicated that this customer was "lucky to be reimbursed." For his part, the client would have decided to file a complaint against Amazon
